Tour Departure Location

All tours start in Lisbon, and the meeting point will be confirmed upon booking.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings

The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle or during the tour. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. No refunds or compensations will be provided in such cases.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

In the event the company must cancel a tour due to insufficient participants, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Language of Tours

Tours may be conducted in up to two languages simultaneously, depending on the group composition. Clients are advised to check language availability when booking.

Health and Fitness Requirements

Some tours may require walking on uneven terrain or climbing stairs. Guests should assess their physical condition before booking. The company is not liable for injuries resulting from participation in tours.

Guests with health conditions, disabilities, or special needs must notify the company in advance to determine if accommodations can be made.

Insurance Coverage

All tours include insurance as required by Portuguese law. This does not cover personal health or travel insurance, which guests are advised to arrange independently.

Minimum Participants

Tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. For certain tours, a minimum of 4 participants may be required. Private tours are exempt from this condition.

In cases where the minimum participant threshold is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour, offering a full refund or rescheduling.

Free Time and Site Access

Guests will have free time to visit sites and monuments. Entrance fees to attractions are not included unless specified in the tour package.

Please note that national monuments are typically closed on public holidays.

Attire and Safety Recommendations

Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for weather conditions. The company is not responsible for injuries caused by inappropriate clothing or footwear.

Changes to Itineraries

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or routes without prior notice if deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of the group or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Behavior and Conduct

The company reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with safety guidelines. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Holiday Closures

The company is closed on December 25and January 1. Limited availability applies on December 24 and December 31.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Children and Minors

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol and Drugs
-
Consumption of alcohol or drugs during the tour is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to remove any participant under the influence, without refund.

Liability

The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the tour. The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
